Pls find both Institutional breadth graphs depicting the standard IM and the Tech portfolio.
Both develop lower highs in both categories, i.e. BUYING PRESSURE and New Highs.
The same can also be found by the way in the blue center lines, that show the deviiation from the respective 50d MA.
Conclusion:
DIVERGENCES develop and indicate fading strength
